As the CEO of Kay Felton Consulting, LLC, she specializes in strategic planning, PMO development, project controls, data management, and SharePoint and PowerBI solutions.
Her client work includes notable engagements with the US Food and Drug Administration, DC Water, Central Florida Expressway Authority, Marathon Petroleum, and much more. Kwana holds a B.S. in Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering Technology from Western Michigan University and brings deep expertise in Primavera P6, earned value management, and construction management.
